2016.1.31_[制作,パフォーマンス] 密室風呂桶制作6時間ライブ／[Works,Performance] Making Basin in locked cell, 6hrs live

2014年8月、1階にモルタル風呂を制作した。
その頃、文化住宅のコンプレックスは「風呂が無いこと」だと思っていた。
風呂がないから、人が住まなくなり、建物としての価値が無くなるのだと。

それから約1年半が経過し、モルタル風呂に蓋をし、床を作ることにした。
風呂が無いことは、コンプレックスではないという結論を導き出したからだ。
1960年代に建てられた文化住宅は、風呂が造れなかったのではなくて、風呂をあえて造らなかったのではないか。
そして風呂の無い部屋には、必ず風呂桶があったはずだ。

風呂を閉じて床にした我々は、その上に出口の無い小部屋を作った。
その中に二名の人間を閉じ込めて、一日かけて風呂桶を作る様子を生中継することにした。

It was though the drawback of this old apartment is lack of bath.
No one would live in an old apartment without a bath, without people it is naught.

18months has been passed, members decided to close the bath and made a floor on top.
It wasn’t a drawback at all that this building has no bath.
Those Bunka-jyutaku built in 60s, people didn’t make bath in an apartment not that they couldn’t make any.
There were no bath but there must be basins.

After putting a floor closing a bath, a small room was made on top.
Two young men were locked in the cell and aired while they tried to make basins.
