前田文化は、風呂無しアパートである。
風呂無しアパートは、現代の生活スタイルに合わず、その問題が昨今の空室問題を引き起こしたのではないか。つまり、文化住宅にとってのコンプレックスであり弁慶の泣き所は「風呂無し」の部分に尽きるのではないかと仮定した。
だとすれば早急に対策を実行しようということで、102号室の畳三畳分ほどの床部分を解体し、そこにモルタルを練りこんで「土間風呂」を作成。
この日、文化住宅のコンプレックスが解消された日を記念して、管理人が半日に渡って風呂に入り浸るというパフォーマンスを行った。

この土間風呂は、給排水にあまりにも時間がかかるために、二度と使われることはなかった。

Maedabunka is an apartment without Bathtubs.
Bathless apartment is outdated by modern living, assume that one of the reason those old apartments remain empty is because its without Bathtubs. Bathtubs are essential, that means bathless is　fatal for the apartment. To resolve this problem we demolished the floor of Rm102 and grouted mortar to make a bathtub there, the size of “Mortar Bathtub” became 6㎡.
To celebrate the solving the problem of the apartment with newly built bathtub, the owner was happy to take a bath for a day.

This “Mortar Bathtub” took time too long to fill and drain water, so the bathtub was never used again.
