元は居住スペースだった101号室と102号室を合体し、特に用途を決めずに解体作業と内装作業を行った（2016年2月現在も継続中）。
作業に当たったのはほとんど建築等の実践経験が無い20代から30代の男女で、設計と施工を担当している飯坂拓也がレクチャーを行いながら進行した。
前田文化を外から眺める人々、そして前田文化の中で工事を行う人々共に、この場所がどのようなスペースに変化してどのように使われるのか、誰も知らない。
Rm101 and Rm102 used to be residential spaces of the apartment. We started renovation works without any plans of its use. (ongoing as of Feb. 2016)
Iisaka Takuya who are in charge of design and constructions lectured those members who came to Maedabunka to do the work without any experience of breaking or building architectural structures.
None of those builders and passersby of Maedabunka know how this space will be and used.
