2015.3 [農園] ほうれんそうの収穫／[Farm]Harvesting Spinach

2014年10月から運用を開始した農園で育てていたほうれん草の食べごろを迎えた。
初めての経験だったため少し食べごろは通り過ぎて、花を咲かせてしまった。
生で食べた葉っぱの味は新鮮だった。
次回の収穫に向けて小松菜などの種も新たに撒いた。
また、農園整備の一貫として、ウッドデッキの制作も行った。

This was first crop so we missed the best time, it was over grown and had tiny flowers a bit.
the owner ate it raw, it was his first time, he was amazed.
For the next we seeded Komatsuna*.
Some members of Maedabunka made a wood deck by the farm to rest while farming.
